Go For a Walk….Barefoot

Take your shoes and socks off and feel the cold blades of grass on your feet or the sand on the beach between your toes. Feels amazing, right?   • Walking barefoot is healthy according to Science. So let’s make it a practice to walk barefoot inside the comforts of your home. It’s also good to walk on the sand which I really enjoy.
