I remember the first time I saw this video while sitting in a professional development session. At first I just thought it was a pretty cool experiment. But then the more I thought about it the more intrigued I was by it. I love the level of engagement of the people that chose the stairs. People were willing to put a little more work in if they knew they would have a more pleasurable experience.
We know that laughter builds our resilience. We know that play boosts our resilience. How can we take our daily activities and add a little more laughter and play into them? How can we engage more in life?
