As you’ve probably heard, the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step–and cultivating resilience is a long journey. There are many ways to start this journey. You’ve already taken the first step by coming here.
This self-assessment gives you an overview of the habits and dispositions of resilient people and will help you identify the areas that you are strong in, and that you might want to focus on developing. Once you’ve identified these areas, you could jump into those chapters in Onward and into the corresponding activities in The Onward Workbook, or you could just start reading Onward from the beginning. You can also search for resources on our site related to the habit or disposition that you want to cultivate. For example, search for “Humor” and you’ll come up with a great list of resources on our site.
