Who Needs a Hug?

These quadruplets are seriously adorable. I just want to keep watching them. And they are a perfect example of the research that is shared in Chapter 4 of Onward from Micael Lieberman, a social neuroscientist, that shows how “love and belonging might seem like a convenience we can live without, but our biology is building to thirst for connection because it is linked to our most basic survival needs.” Social connection is our primary need.
