Our hope is that Onward will build a community of learners. A community that engages in the conversation to help us all learn from each other. Elena shares that “Regardless of our race or ethnicity, gender, and socioeconomic background, we all need to cultivate cultural competence; this learning is necessary for all of us if we truly want to create healthy communities.” The On Being podcast: The Call to Community in a Changed World takes on this very issue.
