Love this video! For those of us that are teachers, it is so important to remembered that being a learner will help boost our resilience! When I watched this video in which teachers write letters to themselves on their first day of teaching, I am reminded of the opening paragraph of Chapter 9: Be a Learner of Onward: “If we see challenges as opportunities for learning, if we engage our curiosity whenever we’re presented with an obstacle, we’re more likely to find solutions. This habit and disposition (be a learner and curiosity) help us not just survive adversity but thrive in the aftermath.”
