Self-Care During the Holiday Season

This time of year can bring up so much for people. So as we wind down this month of November, I want to share another resource for self-care, the habit for the month of November here at Onward.

I am always on the lookout for practical resources, so when I came across this one, I knew I wanted to share it. The Importance of Self-Care During the Holidays shares a bit on who’s most at risk during the holidays and what symptoms we can look out for. I love the suggestion of starting with gratitude as as often that is what can help shift our perspective and allow us to start showing up in more optimistic ways in our life. Which suggestion resonates the most with where you are now?
