For those of us in education, the end of a school year is a great time to celebrate those within our organization – that includes the students in our classrooms. But in order to truly celebrate and appreciate someone, you need to have a relationship and connection with them. The more you know your students’ strengths, the more likely you will be able to appreciate them in a way that will make them feel valued and heard.
