She shares how to build a community and introduces the concept of expansive ways of listening. One of the ways to listen expansively is to listen with humility. “Listen with gratitude for the trust that’s bestowed on you. Be humble in the face of emotion and experience.”
I just listened to this podcast on the Butler Bulldogs basketball team who seems to always upset teams with seemingly more talent. They share the role that humility plays in their team chemistry.
