Face Your Fears

This is our third post in a series on the power of The Onward Workbook to compliment the work that you are currently doing to cultivate your resilience. Check out the previous posts here.

Today as we think about how change affects us, I offer you up this question and activity:

What’s the worst that can happen?

This is a useful question to ask yourself when you’re facing a change or afraid of the unknown. Push yourself to explore your fears—all of them. See where they take you. This is a kind of emotional preparation. Thinking about the worst thing that can happen can help you stay calm and rational.

So, right now: What are you afraid of? What’s the worst that can happen? Write those fears down here. Face them on the page.
