Navigating Your Breath

Wow! I have been teaching and learning about the power of breath for the last 15 years, but watching this 3 minute video was like shining a light on the power our breath holds in its most simplistic form. Every emotion is experienced with the change of the breath. Anger, sadness, happiness. When we focus on our breath we are going to the root of the problem as opposed to just dealing with the systems.

This Jay Shetty video The First Thing I learned as a Monk is a much watch. Such an important lesson for us all. And a great reminder as we close out this month of October here at Onward focusing on the habit of Be Here Now as we cultivate our resilience one moment at a time.
